Spicy Grapefruit Sage Gin & Tonic Recipe
Ingredients
featuring spindrift grapefruit
- 1. 1/2 to 1 whole grapefruit, juiced
- 2. 1" fresh Serrano or Jalapeno
- 3. 1/2" knob of fresh ginger
- 4. 1/2 tsp of pink peppercorns
- 5. 1 tbs simple syrup
- 6. 3 sage leaves
- 7. 2oz dry gin
- 8. Spindrift Grapefruit
- 9. Ice
Directions
Serves 2 • 5 Minute Prep
- 1. Muddle juice, simple syrup, sage, ginger and peppers
- 2. Add gin and muddled ingredients to shaker and shake
- 3. Strain into glass over ice and top with cold Grapefruit Spindrift
