Vanilla Blackberry Bliss

Make your own vanilla sugar. (2 cups sugar with 1 tsp vanilla extract or 1 scraped vanilla bean - mixed together thoroughly and stored in airtight container.)

Then add sugar, rum, and ice to a shaker. Shake vigorously and strain into coupe glass.

Top with Blackberry Spindrift

Garnish with a sugared blackberry. Cheers!
