- 1. Ice
- 2. Aperol
- 3. Prosecco or sparkling wine
- 4. Spindrift Grapefruit
- 5. Fresh grapefruit
Directions
Serves 1 • 3 Minute Prep
- 1. Add a bunch of ice to a glass, then add equal parts Aperol and Prosecco
- 2. Top with Grapefruit Spindrift and a wedge of grapefruit for garnish
