Ingredients: 1/2" knob of ginger; 1/2 lemon; 1 tsp maple syrup; 1/2 ounce apple cider vinegar; 1 apple (for garnish); 1 can Spindrift Fuji Apple

Ingredients

1. 1/2" knob of ginger
2. 1/2 lemon
3. 1 tsp maple syrup
4. 1/2 ounce apple cider vinegar
5. 1 apple (for garnish)
6. 1 can Spindrift Fuji Apple

Directions

1 • 5 Minute Prep • Makes 2

1. Peel + chop a 1/2" knob of ginger and pop in a mixing glass.
2. Squeeze a half a lemon into the glass along with 1 teaspoon of maple syrup and 1/2 ounce of apple cider vinegar. Muddle to combine + release the ginger flavor.
3. Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice.
4. Top with Spindrift Fuji Apple, stir to combine and garnish with an apple slice. Enjoy!
