Ingredients
- 1. 1/2" Knob of fresh ginger, peeled + chopped
- 2. 1/4 oz. Honey
- 3. Juice of 1/2 lime
- 4. Sprig of fresh mint
- 5. 2 oz. Non-alcoholic Bourbon
- 6. 4 oz. Spindrift Nojito
- 7. Lime + mint (for garnish)
Directions
- 1. Add chopped ginger to a julep cup along with a sprig of fresh mint
- 2. Drizzle honey + lime juice on top and muddle ingredients together
- 3. Add 2 ounces non-alcoholic Bourbon to the cup and give it a stir
- 4. Fill cup with crushed ice and top with Spindrift Nojito
- 5. Garnish with a lime wheel and sprig of mint. Cheers!
