We've long admired the elevated, distinct flavor of the yuzu. Grown in mountainous groves, from trees that withstand cold winters and take 18 years to bear fruit. When ripe, yuzu has such a complex, beautiful flavor, it's no surprise it's the latest in trends among flavor-seeking foodies. When we paired it with sweet, juicy mandarin, we knew we'd crafted something special. After the online-only special first batch sold out in Summer 2025, we decided to bring it back for good. Enjoy!
