Shaken Piña Colada

Ingredients
featuring spindrift pineapple
- 1. 3 tbsp cream of coconut, (from a 15 ounce can)
- 2. 3 tbsp coconut sugar, (or raw cane sugar)
- 3. 2 tbsp coconut water
- 4. 1 lime, juiced and zested
- 5. 4 oz light rum
- 6. 1 (12 ounce) can Spindrift Pineapple
- 7. Fresh mint & cherries for garnish

Directions
Serves 2 • 5 Minute Prep
- 1. In a cocktail shaker, mix cream of coconut, sugar, coconut water, lime juice, lime zest and rum until cream of coconut is fully emulsified
- 2. Between two glasses, strain and pour over ice
- 3. Top off with Spindrift Pineapple, garnish with mint and cherries, and serve immediately
