Sparkling Lemon & Elderflower Champagne Spritz Recipe
Ingredients
- 1. 1 oz elderflower liqueur
- 2. 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3. 4 oz champagne chilled
- 4. 4 oz Spindrift Lemon chilled
- 5. fresh thyme, blackberries, and lemon wheel for garnish
Directions
- 1. Divide the elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, and champagne between two coupe glasses.
- 2. Top with Spindrift Lemon and garnish with fresh blackberries, thyme, and lemon wheel if desired. Cheers!
