Strawberry Ricotta Crostini Recipe
This Strawberry Ricotta Crostini recipe is inspired by none other than our newcomer, Spindrift Peach Strawberry. Get ready to be the host with the actual most at your next get-together. 
You'll be living the sweet life with fresh strawberries, olive oil, honey, and balsamic vinegar, paired with creamy ricotta, lemon juice, and seasonings. So go on, take your outdoor dining game to the next level with this perfect picnic must-have or meal alfresco! 


  • 1. 1 french baguette (or pre-made crostini)
  • 2. 1 lb. strawberries
  • 3. 8 oz. ricotta
  • 4. 1 tbs. olive oil (+ more for drizzling)
  • 5. 1/2 tbs. honey (+ more for drizzling)
  • 6. 1/2 tbs. balsamic vinegar
  • 7. 1 tbs. fresh lemon juice
  • 8. 1/4 c. fresh mint, chopped
  • 9. 1/4 c. fresh basil, chopped
  • 10. kosher or flake salt
  • 11. black pepper


• 10 Minute Prep • Makes 4-6

  • 1. If you're using pre-made crostini, great! Otherwise, slice a baguette into 1/2 inch slices, brush with olive oil + toast at 350° for 8-10 minutes or until lightly toasted.
  • 2. Mix ricotta, lemon juice, salt + fresh cracked black pepper to taste in a small bowl
  • 3. Hull + chop strawberries into small pieces. Toss in a mixing bowl with olive oil, honey, balsamic vinegar and a sprinkle of salt + pepper
  • 4. Spread a dollop of the ricotta mixture on each piece of crostini. Top each with a scoop of the strawberry mixture + sprinkle fresh herbs
  • 5. Drizzle with a bit of extra olive oil, honey, and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • 6. Pack + bring to your picnic, or enjoy right away!
