Ingredients

- 1. 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 2. Lemon Spindrift
- 3. 1.5 oz vodka
- 4. 2 oz prosecco
- 5. 0.75 oz elderflower liqueur
- 6. Mint for garnish
Directions
Serves 2 • 5 Minute Prep
- 1. Shake together the fresh lemon, vodka, and elderflower liqueur with ice until cold
- 2. Strain into a coupe glass, top with Spindrift Lemon and prosecco
- 3. Garnish with mint
