Night Shift Brewing has humble beginnings based in a home kitchen in Somerville, MA — working by day and brewing by night the founders dubbed themselves Night Shift Brewing. Today they are one of the top craft breweries in the country, and they didn’t get their by accident.
We sit down with co-founder Micheal Oxton to get the scoop on their culinary roots, how they were able to hire all of their early volunteers and how everything matters when it comes to crafting some of the countries greatest beers. Press play below to get the whole story.
