Since the beginning, Spindrift has challenged people's expectations of how good a beverage can be, bringing real squeezed fruit to the masses by crafting delicious sparkling beverages. Today, we are proud to announce a new partnership to help take that mission to the next level. Gryphon Investors, a San-Francisco based private investment firm, will acquire a majority stake in Spindrift Beverage Co., Inc. Our founder and CEO, Bill Creelman will move to a new role as Chair of the Spindrift board, and beverage industry veteran Dave Burwick will be Spindrift's new CEO. These exciting changes will take place during the first half of the year.

Spindrift was founded by Bill in his kitchen in 2010. Knowing the best tastes come from nature, Bill began by squeezing real fruit into sparkling water and sharing it with his family, friends, local eateries, and shops. Over the years, he assembled a passionate team who worked tirelessly to source, innovate, and share Spindrift nationwide. It's been incredible to see how many fellow Drifters enjoy our products and resonate with our real ingredient mission. We are excited to welcome leadership poised to accelerate Spindrift's ultimate goal of making every beverage a positive force of nature.
