It's about to be the unofficial start to summer and we wanted to share some of our favorite recent cocktail/mocktail recipes with you. So you can make them with your friends, family, guests, and neighbors this summer!

In honor of our new Costco pack, and the extra Spindrift you'll likely have on-hand - we're going share a few of our favorite Lemon, Grapefruit, & Raspberry Lime cocktails!

Floral Gin Fizz

Fresh and floral, you'll want to sip this sparkly pink drink all day. ?✨

Ingredients (makes 1):

• Ice
• Fresh grapefruit
• 1 1/2oz gin
• 1/2oz elderflower liqueur
• 3-4oz Grapefruit Spindrift
• 1/8 tsp honey or agave

Directions:

1. Squeeze a big wedge of fresh grapefruit into a shaker with ice, gun, and honey.
2. Shake vigorously and pour over fresh ice.
3. Top with Grapefruit Spindrift.
4. Enjoy!

(For a tasty mocktail version, skip the liquor for a splash of your favorite floral tea like hibiscus or elderflower/elderberry.?)

Grapefruit Mimosa

Every brunch should have a fruit course.

Ingredients:

• Fresh grapefruit
• Champagne or Prosecco
• Grapefruit Spindrift

Directions:

1. Squeeze grapefruit into wine glass
2. Add champagne
3. Top with Spindrift. Enjoy!

Raspberry Lime Planter's Punch

Offer to make these for your friend with the best patio, porch, deck, fire escape, or lawn. ?✨

Ingredients

• Ice
• 1 ½ oz dark rum
• 2-3 dashes of bitters
• ½ a fresh lime
• 1 tsp agave or simple syrup
• Raspberry Lime Spindrift

Directions:

1. Add ice, rum, 2-3 dashes of bitters, agave, the juice from ½ of a lime to a glass and stir.
2. Top with Raspberry Lime.
3. Garnish with a lime wheel, raspberries, or fresh mint. Enjoy!

Raspberry Lime Cosmopolitan

Grab a quality friend, cue up a quality movie, and mix up two of these quality Spindrift Cosmos!?We suggest serving them alongside a delicious sweet/savory snack.

Ingredients (makes 2):

• ice
• a handful of raspberries
• 3oz vodka*
• 1oz Cointreau*
• 1/2oz fresh squeezed lime juice
• Raspberry Lime Spindrift

Directions:

1. Muddle raspberries in the bottom of a cocktail shaker 
2. Add ice, vodka, Cointreau, and lime juice.
3. Shake vigorously then strain into martini glasses and top with Raspberry Lime Spindrift.
4. Garnish with lime peel and a fresh raspberry. Enjoy!

*Omit for mocktail version

Lemon Lime Caipirinah

The only thing better than fresh-squeezed lemon juice is fresh-squeezed lime juice. (Or vice versa.) Here's a cocktail where both shine.

Ingredients:

• Ice
• fresh limes - cut into quarters
• 1 tsp sugar
• Lemon Spindrift
• 2 1/2oz cachaça

Directions:

1. Muddle sugar and 4 lime wedges in an old-fashioned glass.
2. Fill the glass with ice.
3. Add cachaça and top with Lemon Spindrift.
4. Garnish with more lime and enjoy!

Three-Lemon Ginger Spritz

So very lemony ? This drink tastes like springtime. It serves 2 and has 3 types of lemon (if you count lemongrass, which is more grass than lemon.)

Ingredients (makes 2 drinks)

• Ice
• 3oz vodka
• Fresh lemon
• 2 tsp chopped lemongrass
• 2 tsp chopped ginger
• 2 tsp sugar
• Lemon Spindrift

Directions:

1. Infuse your own lemongrass ginger vodka!
2. Soak fresh ginger and lemongrass in your vodka. (For as long as you like - we infused for 30m).
3. Then shake together vodka, ice, and sugar.
4. Pour over fresh ice into two glasses.
5. Squeeze fresh lemon into each then top with Lemon Spindrift. Enjoy! ?
