Name: Pomegranate & Lime Mimosas Recipe
Yield: 2 mimosas
Ingredients: 1 lime for rim; 2 tbsp sugar for rim; 1/4 cup pomegranate arils; 4 oz Spindrift Lime chilled; 4 oz pomegranate juice; Brut Champagne(187 ml bottle); rosemary for garnish

Ingredients

1. 1 lime for rim
2. 2 tbsp sugar for rim
3. 1/4 cup pomegranate arils
4. 4 oz Spindrift Lime chilled
5. 4 oz pomegranate juice
6. Brut Champagne(187 ml bottle)
7. rosemary for garnish

Directions

• Makes 2 mimosas

1. Place the sugar in a shallow dish, zest the lime into it, and mix together.
2. Glide a lime wedge around the rim of the flute glasses.
3. Dip the glasses into the zest and sugar to rim them.
4. Add pomegranate arils to the bottom of each glass, then slowly divide the Spindrift Lime and pomegranate juice between them.
5. Fill the rest of the way with champagne.
6. Garnish with rosemary. Cheers!
