Real Life: Everyday Mocktails
Whatever the occasion, sometimes a mocktail is just what the doctor ordered!
Whether it’s a baby shower, midday office party, or a work-night dinner with your sweetie, sometimes you just want to have a crisp clean, non-alcoholic drink that still feels super special. We’ve got three recipes to keep up your sleeve for any such occasion and there’s even a suggestion for how to kick them up a notch with a little splash of that special sauce.
Lemon Basil Fennel
- 4 oz Spindrift Lemon Soda
- 2 tsp fennel (macerated)
- 5 basil leaves
- 1 oz fennel simple syrup (simple syrup boiled with chopped fennel)
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
Directions:
- Shake over 2/3 cup of ice, add a splash of water, garnish with a lemon slice
- *Add 1.5 oz vodka for a little sass!
Blackberry Thyme
- 4 oz Sprindrift Blackberry Seltzer
- 1 oz thyme simple syrup (simple syrup boiled with a few sprigs of thyme)
- ½ oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 black berries (smashed)
Directions:
- Shake over 2/3 cup of ice and garnish with a thyme sprig
- *Add 1.5 oz of champagne for a bit more fun!
Raspberry Lime & Mint Mojito
- 4oz Spindrift Raspberry Lime Seltzer
- 1 oz mint simple syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
- 2 tsp fresh crushed cucumber
- 5 mint leaves
Directions:
- Muddle mint leaves in the bottom of the glass
- Add 2/3 cup of ice and shake, garnish with a lime slice and mint sprig!
- *Add 1.5 oz of rum on the weekend!
