Ingredients

- 1. Sprig of thyme
- 2. Fresh grapefruit
- 3. 3 oz. Spindrift Grapefruit
- 4. 1.5 oz. bourbon or other whiskey
- 5. 1 tsp sugar
- 6. Ice
Directions
Serves 1 • 5 Minute Prep
- 1. Squeeze a generous wedge of grapefruit into a glass with sugar
- 2. Add ice and thyme and stir
- 3. Add bourbon. Stir again
- 4. Top with Spindrift Grapefruit
